Went in to exchange Canadian cash to USD, I was told by a manager that they can’t exchange it but since I am a customer I can deposit the cash into my account. I waited in a long line, 20-30min and when I got to the teller I was told they don’t have access to the “system” required to even deposit the cash into my account. No help and a huge waste of time. I actually hate being a customer of BOA
