Unacceptable and discriminatory treatment at this branch.I visited this Bank of America branch today and experienced incredibly rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory behavior from Senior Banker and Assistant Vice President Deanna Dellamano.Instead of receiving standard customer service, I was treated with an extreme lack of respect and felt targeted by biased attitude and racism.
