I would give a zero if they had it. Not enough employees at the counter.
This branch was my first interaction with Bank of America and it was truly one of the most abysmal experiences of my adult life. I have never encountered this level of incompetence and unprofessionalism from a financial institution in my entire life. I spent a total of 7 hours across the span of two days at this branch and left with absolutely no resolution to an incredibly important and time sensitive matter.
