Worst branch in Albuquerque! Don’t go there Manager Kristen Is nasty and negative when there is a problem and Teller Mercedes who caused my problem never even looked me in the eye, the next day when I went back. Problem was not fixed, had to wait 10 days for my money thanks to their incompetent staff. Customer Service is Horrible!!
