Pueso decir con toda franqueza que todo el personal de esta sucursal son muy amables diligentes y con la mejor actitud para atender a sus asociados, felicitaciones al todo el personal de esta sucursal.
I would give zero if I could. Not only is this branch only open a minimal amount of hours 10am -4pm they are ALWAYS short staffed. I remember when bank of America was a thriving bank but now it feels like its a dying brand. Makes sense why everyone is switching to credit unions. 1-2 tellers with a line of 20 people doesnt work.. other staff just walks around or hides at there desk and offer the counter no help to assist customers.
Closes at 4pm instead of 5pm like every other bank.
Ask for carlos or Ramon !!!! Great customer service, they exceeded all my expectations and made sure everything was finished before we left! Outstanding and went out the way to make sure we were completely satisfied!!!! Thank you both for all the help especially fixing our account!!!!!
Never step in this bank, I have a appointment, but I still need to wait 10min until the staff go to his position. They cannot help me close my credit, they cannot help me cancel an incorrect charge, they ask me to call for customer service. Totally awful
