Terrible customer service and poor communication skills!
Staff here were polite but still it doesn’t make any sense how the tellers at all Bank of America‘s cannot do international wire transfers. There is no logical explanation as to why you have to make an appointment with a bank teller to do a transfer with your own money overseas this man manager was reasonable but at the end of the day wasn’t able to facilitate my requests as a customer. Got an account 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my debit card. Got off work early so I could get the rest of my money out, and turns out they close the lobby at 4! Not only that when I made my account it took 2 hour for them to make it. Had to go back twice so they could get the app working. For a big financial institution y'all suck. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
