People complain about the long wait times, I say it is what it is... The employees are amazing! Sam, from Buffalo, Lindsey, Johanna and Dawn all top notch, great customer service!
Edit- still awful and understaffed I'm not sure why they have phones in the branch because they don't answer them.
I am so thankful for the great people who work at this branch! I’ve had quite a few complicated scenarios and everyone has always been quick to help and just genuinely kind. Lindsay especially! Thank you
Is it just me or are these drive thru lanes too small? Almost smashed my car mirrors trying to pull in last lane, you can obviously see millions of scuff marks from people hitting everything, there should be less lanes and they should be twice as wide wow I got lucky
