The only reason this location gets one star is because of Elaine and I can’t give any less than 1. She was the only kind, professional, and genuinely helpful person during a stressful situation at my bank. Beyond Elaine, my experience here was appalling. I was kept there for two hours, and the rest of the staff was unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and hostile.
