All the ladies are great. Always helpful patient and professional. Plus, they are all gorgeous. I go just to wait on line!!! I love going there
No excuse to close at 4pm and with no Saturday hours. None.
When you're trying to find something closest to you you must mention the city otherwise it will not show you It will show you the closest one in your city And you'll drive right by the closest one to your most recent position.How stupid is that That's Google. If I hadn't watched the street within a quarter of a mile I would have drove right by a Bank of America and drove 2.7 mi I don't understand how Google works maybe it's because it really doesn't
Bank of America is the worse. Even on friday they close at 4:00 without any consideration for people that work 9 to 5 . Changing this bank as soon as possible.
Worst customer service ever. Had to find someone to check me in. I needed one thing notarized. They said it would be 30 minutes. After an hour and no one updating me etc I got up and ask for help. I was told the notary was busy. I gave up and walked out. I will never come back to this branch and I may even start searching for a new bank. Worst customer service ever.
