DO NOT USE ATM MACHINES!! I was depositing money and the machine ate my money and my card and did not put the money in my account. This is not the first time I’ve had issues depositing money at the drive up ATM’s. I would not recommend this location.

I just want to say the people have never been rude. But for a bank not to have a drive thru, close early & to walk in and be told they only have one teller- and she is on her lunch and you need to wait 15 minutes to make a deposit for someone else (couldn’t put in ATM) this bank needs to rethink some things... How about train someone sitting in those offices to cover for the tellers while their on lunch? I know they sometimes have 2 but they should have backups for times like this. Is awesome I needed to make a payment and it took me less than one minute I even came on a Saturday other branches are really busy This branch is not as packed as other branches I’ve gone some branches like on Black Hawk and Wood Ridge and there’s an hour wait there’s a giant line and there’s no staff this location is very very good it’s almost the best kept secret professional staff but there’s not a lot of people there’s no way that the lobby and I’ve had a great experience every time I go here
