Not able to deposit cash into someone else's account. That is so inconvenient. Not everyone has checks now days. Spend money on a money order or get a cashiers check from another bank. Seems like they are pushing you to open an account with them.

If I could give them a zero I would. I went today to deposit cash for my girl and they told I cantc deposit cash because the account is not under my name.,that is has to check.
Horrible! The manger Cory i think his name was, was rude & did nothing to help me. Definitely will be switching card holders just because of this incident!!
