New makeover upgrade should have included a better manager than Matthew McLendon in Orange City, FL who was rude and condescending to me, said I didn’t tell him my husband’s name but I had handed him his debit card and abruptly cut me off in mid-explaination and aggressively said ma’am and then silence. And after I called my husband, who had to come to the branch, Mr. McLendon was polite and respectful to him.
