Always friendly
Carolina was so friendly and helpful! I went on Saturday at 10am to get a paper notarized (love that they offer that for free). There was no line for the front teller which was great, and then I had to wait about 5-10 min in the lobby until Carolina was finished with another client. After notarizing the paper, she informed me of a free rewards program I was eligible for that I didn't know about! And she told me about a new feature (fraud/dark web/SSN security checks) that I also didn't know about and is VERY helpful for me. ... read more
