If I could rate Bank of America a Zero I would. Utterly disgusted with how they treat customers after 20 years.
Garbage, garbage, garbage had checks stolen an arrest was made and yet they still held me responsible. Customer service is bottom Of the barrel. The disrespect the account holders
Been waiting 20 minutes to close my accounts. There are 4 others who have been waiting longer than me. BoA is too big/rich/powerful to be bothered with a small consumer like me who is unemployed and doesn't have the means to maintain a $1500 average balance.
