Misleading employees that will lie to you, to get you to sign up for different types of accounts and enroll in programs. I had a banker here assure me that the account she was switching me to would not have any monthly fees. Come to find out years later that there were in fact fees, that were waived due to my balance for a while, but as soon as it dropped below a certain threshold the fees started. Avoid this branch and avoid this company that refused to make it right.Â
