I've been with BOFA since I was 17 and I can say this locations is a bit small. I'm very glad they just added a drive-thu ATM, that definitely helps out instead of getting all the way out the car like before. The staff on the inside are helpful. I would however recommend to make an appointment if you need to sit down with someone for a new account ect. This location does get extremely busy during lunch!

The staff are very friendly, but my issue with this location is there is only one notary available. I am not sure if this is the same for all the locations, but I came in last week for notary service and was told the notary is on vacation and will return on Tuesday. So today on Wednesday I stop in and the notary is not in she is on an appointment. They need another person in place to take over especially when this notary is always out. It is another BOA location, but why should I drive further when it's a location near me.
