Very long line inside. I had to wait a long time to see the bank teller.
Para un review, conviene que sea breve y directo: The bank itself is good, but the security guard’s attitude is unacceptable. Customers come here to deposit their money and conduct business, not to be treated disrespectfully. The guard is often rude, yells at people, and lacks basic customer service. I hope management addresses this issue and provides friendlier, more respectful service.
