I went there about in September 2024. The staff there were terrible. I asked to speak with someone in the office about credit card and debit card that was stolen. And the lady said oh sorry but you have to make an appointment. I was so shocked. It cannot waited because mine was stolen and someone already had used my cards and charged me almost $1,000 dollars. Whenever I come to this branch, they are very unhelpful and waste my time. They have no professional skills or customer service skills. When I have been to different branches it’s been a different story. They need new staff members so are actually helpful and are PROFESSIONALS. Do better at this branch.
