I went there two months ago they didn’t help me with anything. They made me stay there for two hours and then I’m a three hour call just for Them to tell me that they sent me a Gmail that they didn’t even send and I went there Yesterday to see if I can cancel my card because they were stealing money from me and they told me to go in today for the lady to tell me why did I just cancel it on through the phone why are there there working if they’re not gonna help you worst customer service in the worst bank ever tooo!!!
Always too busy in the drive thru and really packed inside also. The tellers are friendly but no urgency whatsoever. Also the parking is awful here. Hope they can do something about that one day!

UNDERSTAFFED They need more staff, you can try to come here for a simple task and have to be in line over 45mins
