Brought my 16yr old son to open up an account and Darren made it so easy. He took his time with us while ensuring my son understood everything and educated him along the way. Darren Souvannvongsa was very helpful and welcoming I’ve been coming to this location for a few days waiting as a walk in and he reassured me that I would be able to be seen and was always transparent about the time and situations with walk ins. Very personable and easy to talk to and I learned so much in this short meeting.
I go here often because our company bank through them. They never have any change (how are we supposed to run a business with no change) they never give an answer as to why we can't have change) the wait time is usually around 25-30 minutes.
Go to the Bank of America in North Providence on mineral street. They are the best without a doubt. This Woonsocket location manager is rude and not polite at all. They don’t try to work with you at all but in their own terms.
