Always Satisfied
Worst customer service I have ever visited. Customer of 15 years and I have never ever seen not only poor leadership by the bank manager but the female who checks people in needs to lose her job. Nasty attitude shit talking I came in at 4:30pm tell me why they were constantly checking their watch and wash in a rush to leave. I will be closing my accounts with Bank of America because this is unacceptable behavior coming from public servants. Now I understand why people are leaving Bank of America
