Always Satisfied
Worst customer service I have ever visited. Customer of 15 years and I have never ever seen not only poor leadership by the bank manager but the female who checks people in needs to lose her job. Nasty attitude shit talking I came in at 4:30pm tell me why they were constantly checking their watch and wash in a rush to leave. I will be closing my accounts with Bank of America because this is unacceptable behavior coming from public servants. Now I understand why people are leaving Bank of America
Standing in line 10 min cause someone decided to close their register which is gonna make me late going back to work maybe it's time I switch banks
