Customer service was terrible! Especially from a so called woman named Princess. That is no way to welcome customers. And her tone when assisting other customers with a language barrier should definitely be trained on.
There is always an inconvenience I went to cash my check they had deposit by mistake which meant I cannot get the money out and they gave me $500 by mistake but they made sure they reversed today money so that I couldn't touch it but I still wasn't able to touch my money for another three business days making my bill late and on top of that I had to pay the late fee and they still did nothing about it but reverse the extra money that they gave me by mistake and told me to deal with it I would not refer no one here bills was ... read more
unable to cash a check even though I have an account with them, " didn't have the funds" but they're only job is to be a bank. very curious. please go anywhere else only one teller, but multiple big ladies. just laughing and giggling and tickling each other
I am a Korean living in Seoul, Korea. I needed to close my account with Bank of America since my account became inactive. It is pretty difficult to manage this account from Korea so I flew to Las Vegas to settle my account. When I visited this branch for the first time, Princess and her staff were so nice and kind to handle my issues. I have never been to an American bank where the service is so excellent. This is to just a short note to say thanks for the warm hospitality. I am now back in Seoul. Thanks once again.
