This Bank of America branch has got to be the quickest of them all. Lines are rarely long, and over 90% of the time I am waiting in line, I get called up within 5-10 minutes. Veronica V is a standout representative, always eager to help and super personable. Very knowledgeable and precise, making everything look seamless. Impeccable customer service skills and exceeds my standards by a mile every time.
This is by far the best branch in town. Any other branch there is always a 30 minute plus wait. I stopped going to the bank for that reason. However, the most I have ever waited was 10 minutes with 95% of being the next in line or waiting less than 5 minutes. They are very helpful. I normally deal with Veronica there who is fabulous. Always in a great mood which always makes my day better. She is really fantastic.
