Recently used my visa card here on 8/04 and my card was cloned/skimmed and later on my balance was being checked in Vacaville, San jose from wells fargo bank . I cannot believe that a bank institution in 2023 doesn't have security video above the atm outside or other means of stopping people from doing these crimes . My two cents, beware of atm outside this location and save ur hard earned money from low life criminals
I wanted to share an incredibly frustrating experience I had at this branch. I had arranged an in-person meeting with a specialist, Lisa (Jingsha) Li, at 3:30 pm on March 1st to address an issue I had with wire transfer. Despite arriving on time, I was made to wait for 20 minutes while the specialist finished her conversation with her two colleagues.
