This bank has one teller & two associates that are supposed to assist you with any issues you may have. The line to make transactions are very long especially on Fridays & Mondays. If you need any other assistance you must speak with an associate who will be glad to “set up an appointment” to help you. Gone are the days (only at BOA) of helping you right on the spot. General questions are ok but if it requires more than that, you must come back another day. The assistants have very little power to help you with your issues. ... read more
It's a wonder this place stays open. They only have one teller and if he's on a lunch break the supervisors just tell you to come back instead of getting on a window. They're not doing anything! If you happen to get a teller and he needs their approval for something and they're "busy" they'll just tell you to come back. Go to a branch that's used to dealing with customers, these guys are on vacation here.
This bank of America is the worst . The take 15 min with each customer they say wait for this wait and wait.. Lazy employees. Customer service is the worst ,rude and nasty. Unfortunately is the only bank close that I have .Need to hire new employees who knows what customer service means .They don’t deserve any stars !!!
