This is by far the most unhelpful bank I have ever been a member of, user unfriendly all the time. I have been in the branch more than this time, and feel that this is not an isolated incident. I am glad, and feel quite fortunate, that i do not normally bank with this institution, i would definitely feel that i am not treated with respect, or dignity when i walk into this particular branch. I have been complaining about them not having candy, I mean lollipops are a essential 4 the kids.. this branch manager went out of his way, and got some candies for me/ my kids!!! Big respect 🙏 💯, that's awesome and you don't see stuff like that nowadays... Think I'll stay with this branch...
