I’ve had really good experiences at this BOA branch. Kim has helped me several times and he’s always patient, respectful, and easy to talk to. He really takes the time to make sure everything is clear, which I appreciate a lot. Liz was also amazing during my visit today — super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She made the whole experience feel very comfortable. Big thanks to both of them for their great service!
I had an amazing experience at the Spring lake location. Elizabeth Hammond and her team are amazing. They are all very sweet and professional. I 100% recommend coming to this center to fulfill all of your banking needs!
Modern place
This is by far the most unhelpful bank I have ever been a member of, user unfriendly all the time. I have been in the branch more than this time, and feel that this is not an isolated incident. I am glad, and feel quite fortunate, that i do not normally bank with this institution, i would definitely feel that i am not treated with respect, or dignity when i walk into this particular branch.
