Worst branch ever, went to just access safety deposit box butt have to wait in line for the teller and only one teller available. No one is there to greet and ask what you need as at other branch someone else can check you in to save time. One associate just sitting and walking around but won't even ask if needed help. Won't recommend Tropicana and Pecos branch. Unfortunately visiting this branch again in 2025 problem is have a safety deposit box here, takes forever to access.
