Worst branch ever, went to just access safety deposit box butt have to wait in line for the teller and only one teller available. No one is there to greet and ask what you need as at other branch someone else can check you in to save time. One associate just sitting and walking around but won't even ask if needed help. Since when a birth certificate is not an ID, you can travel around the world with your birth certificate and not an ID but you can't go to the bank and get money out of your bank account that you've been using for the last 30 years plus with your birth certificate if you misplace your ID. The lies that were told up here at this Bank of America is disgusting and horrible!!!
