was assisted at this branch today; I arrived just before closing time, yet they still guided me and were patient. The manager, Daniel, was very kind and professional
I saw the bad reviews but when I came in they were all correct. The entire lobby was full of people waiting for one loan guy to service them. They were lucky because they can sit in the furniture albeit forever. Then the line for the one teller was full. One person one transaction took average of 5-10 minutes. When you're 9 deep that's potentially 45-90 minute wait. I was out of gas and didn't have a choice. Don't come here unless you like waiting an hour or more to cash a check.
