Long line during my last 2 visits. Over 45 minute wait. Only one window open and I've a business to run. Business clients have their own line in other banks and branches except for this branch. It is for this reason I am going to another branch. This branch is the worst run branch.
Every time I go in there, there’s ONE teller …. This particular branch NEVER cashes my check, every other branch I’ve visited has given me no issue after verification…. THIS particular branch will never cash my payroll check, but they’ve requested I take the check back to the owner and have it reissued, they’ve also told me they can’t get in touch with the account holder…. Make me feel like a swindler BUT ironically anyone that doesn’t look like ME, has no issue
Slow as heck! There’s only one teller working with zero sense of urgency. There’s other employees here but it’s like road workers. There’s one person working with 4 people standing around like supervisors. It’s painful 40 minute wait. No one cares that there is a line waiting for tellers cause none of the others standing around step in. B of A don’t care about their customers. Every b of a chain has gone to this level of service.
