Wish I could give this review 0 stars!! I had a terrible experience at the Castro Valley Bank of America yesterday. The manager Noel Aguilar or whatever her name is. She is very unprofessional and rude and incompetentant in her position and I believe she is also racist/ prejudice. In all the years I have been banking with B of A, I have never had such an experience. Came into cash a valid check, and she refused to cash it, saying the check needed to be deposited because it was a ML cash management check. I said ok, that’s fi... read more
