I deposited a check with sufficient funds already in my account to cover it, yet I’m still having issues accessing my money. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. If you have the option to bank elsewhere, I would seriously consider it.
visited Bank of America recently to notarize a few documents and had one of the worst customer service experiences. Despite being a BOA customer, I was flatly refused notarization because my document did not explicitly contain a “notarization section.” This is completely unreasonable. Notaries are supposed to verify identity and witness signatures—not act as legal interpreters of document formatting.
