Siempre habia tenido muy buena experiencia en este banco y con el personal siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar pero hoy cuando fui habia una persona nueva trabajando alli que es de las Vegas y la verdad hizo q mi experiencia hoy fuera pésima después de haber estado usando la misma locación de este banco por mas de 5 años y haber tenido una experiencia increíble esta persona hizo qu cambiará las 5 estrellas de un buen banco a 1
Absolutely horrible service!! No one ever answer's the phone BOA in itself is just horrible. Imagine paying a bill in the beginning of the month just to come to find it was not payed because they randomly put a hold on your card and now your negative $400 that you have to fix because the bank can’t take responsibility for their mess up!!!! Absolutely terrible experience!!
