Don’t waste your time here they will steal your information. Went in last Monday to open a court order bank account. The personal banker said it would take two hours for legal team to respond. Contacted banker 3 days later then now today and she says legal team hasn’t said anything, I asked for a manager and the manager says there were no copies made of drivers license which isn’t true. This branch might be a waste of time for Green Card holders. I have proof of my permanent resident status here, including government documents (Green Card and I-551), a lease contract, and a telecommunications bill. Still, a senior banker said that because I do not have a valid residence, they won't open a checking account or issue a secured credit card for me. Contrary to the bad reviews, I received a very positive experience at this branch today. They helped me get a medallion signature and everything was approved and signed within 30 minutes. The staff are very accommodating
