Most useless Bank of America brach. They never help for any request and always tell you to call customer care or use phone app. Only thing they help is to issue credit card or loan so that they will get commission. These people take salaries on people’s money/credit card fee etc. But they never assist for the people.
The in-branch service is terrible. However, the ATM drive-through is a valuable feature.
I don't think they know what they're doing here, best to avoid this location

We went for a wire transfer, but the lady told us they don’t do that there. Then, we went to another Bank of America in Pleasanton, and they helped us right away. Also, the guy at the counter loudly told another customer that she had a negative balance, which we all heard. It was so unprofessional, and I felt bad for her.
