We had waited for an hour without being serviced, just because we didn't make an appointment. When finally there was only us left in the waiting area, and a lady became available, she was still ignoring us and just left for her break. She certainly didn't want our businesses.
Unprofessional. Business client line is not efficient. Especially being a Monday. Management has no idea what she is doing. BOA experience is not the best. I've had better service in Southern California.
