This bank is convenient for when I need to access an ATM while in the area. The branch can get busy at times. Luckily, with Bank of America, I can do most of I need to over the internet.
Mr. Brian and Manager Tom received me. First of all, I didn't know if I needed to make an appointment. I came here to handle business at their lunch break. In fact, if you make an appointment, it would be faster, or you could get their business card in advance or call to make an appointment on their working days. As for how to pass the waiting time, I think I can watch the mobile phone news, and the time to send messages passes quickly. I am very grateful for their help. Please believe that their service is okay.
Unacceptable service at this Bank of America branch. A man who appeared to be the manager told customers without appointments to wait, then completely failed to manage the situation. While the lobby continued to fill up, staff offices were empty and employees who were clearly available were not allowed to help. Instead, the manager spent a long time chatting with someone who appeared to be his friend at the entrance, leaving customers waiting with no explanation. I had a very frustrating and unnecessary experience at this branch with manager Tom Doan. I came in to deposit checks made payable to my minor children into my account. Mr. Doan told me my only options were either to open accounts for my children or to bring their birth certificates. Based on his instruction, I returned with the birth certificate for my 3-month-old child. At that point, he changed his position and stated that the checks could not be deposited unless I opened new accounts. He pulled me into a conference room ... read more
