Came in to use the safety deposit box and they didn’t even close the gate, felt very unsafe. It’s not the type of professionalism of years ago. I’m glad they’re closing this branch.
I needed help regarding transferring money to another financial institution. I did a "walk in" to the financial center @72 2nd Ave, but was not accommodated after a 30-minute wait. What is wrong with this picture? I then requested an appointment for the following day with manager Travis who agreed to accommodate me. I never do reviews but I walked in yesterday for a simple Cashiers Check to pay my rent and security, the associate Freddie ended up helping me out with more than I could’ve asked for in a quick and convenient way on his iPad. He showed me a few ways I could waive some fees, updated my address, went over a few of my financial priorities and even replaced my damaged card. The woman at the teller named Sandra did an amazing job with helping me figure out how to replace my debit card and get a temporary one on my phone right away. I had no clue that was an option! I was very nervous and needed a lot of assistance. She guided me with this Siri like thing on the app called Erica. Thank you Sandra! You’re a life saver. I may need more help in the future.
