Incredible staff. Super helpful. We went in today to get help on opening a new account and even though they were short staffed and we hadn't made an appointment, they went above and beyond to help us and ensure we were all set up.
Today I made a substantial deposit into an account at BOA to another account at BOA. Both owned by my business partner and I. BOA called our main line and disclosed the size of the check and who it was made out for to our receptionist. UNACCEPTAL to provide PII to anyone else but the party's in question. I called back a few minutes later and tried over 25 times and no one picke up and my only other choice was to go to the web to file a complaint. Worst branch ever. They refused doing services I found out is possible to even do online myself. They find a way to not help you not the other way around.
