Banked with Bank of America my entire life and this is the only branch that ever outright refused to help me when I have a delicate or sensitive issue. Absolutely unacceptable.
I went to Bank of America to refinance my car, and it was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional banking experiences I’ve ever had. The employee I spoke with openly admitted she didn’t know how to help and immediately redirected me to customer service on the phone. The branch manager didn’t even bother to come out or speak with me. If customers are going to be told to call customer service for every single transaction, why is this branch even open? I had a wonderful experience at this branch. Ms. Monisha John and Ms. Shannon Chan were extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. They took the time to answer all our questions and made the whole process smooth and easy. Excellent customer service. We truly appreciate their help and positive attitude! Highly recommend this branch!
This happened in 2020, but given the recent coverage of Bank of America I thought I should post about it. I walked in to cash my payroll check that was drawn from Bank of America, and after several minutes this woman named Vikki comes out and says that they can't cash it because they couldn't verify information. Doesn't care. Very bad customer service. Closes at 4pm. Just go some other branch. They still 30min before they close and they told me to come back next day
