Unbelievable, does this atm ever work? It always seems to be out of order. Not good business at all, I'm switching banks

The Manager, Nicole was very knowledgeable and insightful in the Roll-over & setup of IRA accounts for me upon my retirement. Her understanding of the process and the Law made this real easy in opening several accounts. Nicole Harrison is a valuable asset to the Bank of America Team and to US the Patrons. Thank You Nicole.

It offers one outside ATM which has had it's share of being out of service, inside they have usually 1 person handling new accounts ect and he's quite good and very friendly. The rest leave much to be desired, some days there happy other days well u get the point , they also charge $8 (if you dont have an account with them)to cash a check even if written by an account holder, and to make you feel even more welcomed they take your fingerprint! Nice touch.

WORST BANK EVER!!!!!. They are always on lunch. Specially the two ladies who sits on the chairs. They have no courtesy to even tell you how long is the wait... Just very very frustrating. I need to show them some documents and take care of Business that can’t be done over the phone. Just real bad service );
