خدمه العملاء سيئة جداً ولا يوجد عندهم اهتمام بالعملاء ابداً. للاسف البنك هذا بالتحديد. سيء جداً. الى درجة ان العملاء يكونوا بالانتظار. طابور طويل وتجد ثلاثه من الموظفين لا يعيروا الاهتمام ويتهامسوا بينهم. ولا يستقبل العملاء سوى موظف واحد.
Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone and there is no option to wait on line for a representative to pick up the call - they just disconnect you. Seems they are not concerned about their customers. Maybe we should put them out of a job and do our banking elsewhere.
