I get most often times, we have no use for brick and mortar locations, but I did today, on a random Wednesday at 10:30am... and waiting in line with 6 others for more than 15 minutes is just not doable. If we 6 needed it during this 30 minute transaction, while others joined the queue... what's it like at lunch?

Wow. Where do I begin. Let’s start from the very top: the fact that judging by the closing of once core locations and their inability to refurbish/rebuild their existing branches, leads me to believe that BofA is a failing banking institution, and judging by the people they hire, the hours they keep (10am-4pm?
