I have been a member of BofA for 26 years, had home mortgages (paid off), car loans (paid off) and ongoing credit besides the normal checking/savings. I have never in that time witnessed the lack of professionalism, customer service and the obvious attitude that everyone who walks thru the door is an inconvenience that this location exudes. Be patient in case there are other members in line. However, great location & there is one walk up atm in case you don’t want to burn your gas while waiting in line.
The manager there katty has no customer service skills she doesn't help her staff . No greetings when you walk in.
Been going here for a year now and I've never been greeted as I walk in. When I'm in line, I can hear everyone else who walks in being greeted. I've also noticed that the staff here seems to always sigh when customers arrive, almost as if we are a burden
I have to say the arrogance and pretentious attitude at this location is suffocating! The employee or manager, named Ketty Gardner is very rude and disrespectful. It is my belief that she should engage in customer service training to familiarize herself with how important customers are to any business and more importantly how her actions, behavior and comments could harm the other employees due to word-of-mouth advertising.
