The manager there katty has no customer service skills she doesn't help her staff . No greetings when you walk in.
Been going here for a year now and I've never been greeted as I walk in. When I'm in line, I can hear everyone else who walks in being greeted. I've also noticed that the staff here seems to always sigh when customers arrive, almost as if we are a burden
I have to say the arrogance and pretentious attitude at this location is suffocating! The employee or manager, named Ketty Gardner is very rude and disrespectful. It is my belief that she should engage in customer service training to familiarize herself with how important customers are to any business and more importantly how her actions, behavior and comments could harm the other employees due to word-of-mouth advertising. Absolutely disgusting service by Keety Gardner “the branch manager”. Walked in ask for help, first thing she said was “YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT”!. Didn’t even ask what I needed help with nor tried to help at all. Horrible experience.
