The Sharon team went above and beyond for me today. I had an issue with my ATM card, they recognized I was having issues in the lobby and were kind enough to let me in early, trouble shot, solve, and answer all my questions about what had happened with the account. This above and beyond service keeps me at BofA and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have them in our Sharon, MA community.

I don't normally write reviews of banks, but the Bank of America branch in Sharon saved my mom $20,000. She was about to get scammed from someone online. But the bank manager, Evelina Gourdoukis, called me to check in before handing the money over to my elderly mother. Evelina knew my mom well enough to be aware of her usual banking habits. I needed a legal form Notarized with two witnesses on 12/3/2024. I called Bank of America and made an appointment. The entire staff was outstanding and Charlie the Notary was excellent and professional. The form was reviewed caregully.
