Do not go here, very unprofessional, had great experience at other locations. I wonder if it’s a different owner or just a very bad manager. Our company uses them to process an over a million dollars a month with over 30 locations. I will convince the owner to switch back to Wells Fargo
The customer services is worst. Bank opens till 5pm, I went around 4:15pm for Identity verification. The reason they gave is they don’t have a staff right now can you come tomorrow.
The worst business outlet. They don't even have the most basic respect for customers. Especially the front desk staff named Dana, who doesn't even have the most basic work attitude. How can there be such people in the world? It's terrible.
