I am Iqbal Singh. I am a old customer 10 year ago one day I am going to branch very very poor service.
Went in at 2pm on 12/13/2025. Teller lady said she can’t help me close my account but needs me to call customer service. And I am typing out this after 40 minutes wait for an agent and still counting. It was ridiculous they cannot close a checking account at the teller. I just did the same thing at Citi on the same day. Maybe people at this branch choose what services they feel like providing at the moment.
Do not go here, very unprofessional, had great experience at other locations. I wonder if it’s a different owner or just a very bad manager. Our company uses them to process an over a million dollars a month with over 30 locations. I will convince the owner to switch back to Wells Fargo
