The worst business outlet. They don't even have the most basic respect for customers. Especially the front desk staff named Dana, who doesn't even have the most basic work attitude. How can there be such people in the world? It's terrible.Â
They customer services is worst. Bank opens till 5pm, I went around 4:15pm for Identity verification. The reason they gave is they don’t have a staff right now can you come tomorrow.Â
I had a highly disappointing experience with Bank of America that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I took a day off work specifically to attend a scheduled appointment at a local branch to obtain a reference letter for a credit card application. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was met with unprofessional and unhelpful service from the front desk staff.
