Dont even waste time trying to call i spent 40 minutes trying to talk to someone at the actual location its terrible customer service to not even have someone answer to place you on hold these people are either too lazy or too incompetent to work in customer service and dont think its only this one ive also spent around an hour trying to call 2 other locations in Fremont to get no answer absolutely terrible work ethic.

I am Iqbal Singh. I am a old customer 10 year ago one day I am going to branch very very poor service.
Went in at 2pm on 12/13/2025. Teller lady said she can’t help me close my account but needs me to call customer service. And I am typing out this after 40 minutes wait for an agent and still counting. It was ridiculous they cannot close a checking account at the teller. I just did the same thing at Citi on the same day. Maybe people at this branch choose what services they feel like providing at the moment.
