This facility needs a leader and the employees are in deep need of customer service training. There is one teller and the line is vey long. This site in particular is the worst BoA I have ever been to.My latest vist (mistake) had one teller again and after 10 minutes and still 6 customers ahead of me I left. My fault for returning because my previous visit - long time - similar situation I experienced led to me asking for the manager.
