Worst customer service ever, I tried to open a business account thinking it would be easier because I have been with them for 12 years, Miguel asked me 1 million questions and requested me a lot of paperwork and at the end he told me he can not open my account, he treated me like I was doing something illegal, I finally did it online and in 2 minutes it was approved. you have to train your employees better.
