Worse costumer service ever. If you want to waste your time go to this location
Worst customer service ever, I tried to open a business account thinking it would be easier because I have been with them for 12 years, Miguel asked me 1 million questions and requested me a lot of paperwork and at the end he told me he can not open my account, he treated me like I was doing something illegal, I finally did it online and in 2 minutes it was approved. you have to train your employees better.

This used to be my favorite bank in the area but now they just stay closed all weekend and most branches don’t even have workers. All you can deal with is an ATM… already switched my business account to a different bank and I will probably be doing the same with my personal account soon because Bank of America is going downhill with their decision making fast!!! Not to mention all the ATMs are slow AF… The truth hurts and corporate greed seems to be running rampant… this is what we get for bailing out banks in the first plac... read more
