Why i give now a bad review iv been coming to the branch many years people come and go here 6 years ago before covid walk in friendly people and all tellers now only 1 tellers from there since made her something higher treat me and most other people bad and now walking in 1st people dressed like a funeral parlor no personalty like to see the good people was here back 1 at branch on Durango and warmsprings. Concerning Roberto Gonzalez…It’s interesting that any bank would would not have a 5Star rating, let alone 2.7 stars. But I can see why. We came in to see someone, can’t name who because he didn’t introduce himself nor did he have a name placard or business cards. 1. Background music was way too loud. 2. I came into this Bank of America branch simply to update information on my business account—something customer service already confirmed can be done. The Business Banking Relationship Manager (the BALD one) greeted me with a nasty attitude and started firing off invasive “why” questions that had nothing to do with the update I requested. Completely unprofessional, condescending, and unnecessary. When a business owner walks in with clarity and documentation, they should be treated with respect, not suspicion. Do better.
There is never enough tellers. They have ATMs that don’t work, but they don’t put signs on them or close them. Don’t go here find a different bank of America. The people that do work there, that are supposed to be for customer service are no help at all!
