I was extremely frustrated by my experience today at the Bank of America branch. I waited over an hour for a meeting that was never respected, and the banker didn’t seem to care. This was a huge waste of my time, and she's don't have customer service
I went to the BOA on Tropicana to open a new account. I had all the information they requested, but they denied me because I live in a month to month all bills paid apartment complex. I had no problem opening a new account at Chase Bank. They are very discriminatory at BOA!!!!
Why i give now a bad review iv been coming to the branch many years people come and go here 6 years ago before covid walk in friendly people and all tellers now only 1 tellers from there since made her something higher treat me and most other people bad and now walking in 1st people dressed like a funeral parlor no personalty like to see the good people was here back 1 at branch on Durango and warmsprings. Concerning Roberto Gonzalez…It’s interesting that any bank would would not have a 5Star rating, let alone 2.7 stars. But I can see why. We came in to see someone, can’t name who because he didn’t introduce himself nor did he have a name placard or business cards. 1. Background music was way too loud. 2. Could only see half his head because the rest was behind two computer monitors and he made no adjustment to become personable. Then he asked us to step out so he can take a personal call.
