The Bank of America located at 116 E Seminary Dr Fort Worth, TX 76115-2632 United States ALWAYS HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This bank ALWAYS has a problem with every single deposit I do. It's very very frustrating when I can only get to that bank, makes me want to change banks every time! The manager Laura is one of the most unproffesional people I have ever encountered! You would think Bank Of America would hire better employees from managers to tellers!
This is the worst BofA branch ever. Normal wait time in drive thru is 20-30 minutes even if there’s just 1 car in front of you. Today they decided to close all personal lanes just because, forcing everyone to go inside. When I spoke to the manager about it she was unapologetic and told me I should use the ATM instead. So basically, it’s my fault I’m unhappy with their lack of customer service because I should have used the ATM instead and avoid branch personnel all together.
