Went into BOA for cashier check had little wait time. Cashier friendly and pleasant. My banking needs took less than 10 minutes

Got way worse than it used to be
Worst walk-in service of any local bank. Beautiful old school building with at least 12 teller stations, but invariably only one occupied, maybe two if it gets really busy. Must assume a LONG wait for the simplest transaction. Worst hours of any local bank... open late/close early M-F, nothing on the weekend. Worst banker service of any local bank... need a banker, make an appointment. Needed a month just to close an account. LOL.. the google rating graph shows only one 1-star review out of 55 total and there were two 1-star... read more
