This is a trash bank branch. There is a really nice polish lady who is helpful. The manager is garbage and their customer service has been trash. You think they would be a little nicer after getting bailed out by our tax dollars. I’ve worked with several of the staff during an international move, and if i say, all but the nice polish lady, are completely incompetent or combative.

Lady with the crazy blonde hair is about as slow as molasses and she likes to talk and take her sweet time. I’m really happy that she’s happy but people are in there to get something done and be on their way, not chat about everything under the sun. If you’re only gonna have one person for all the non-business customers, then please have someone with a sense of urgency so the people on their way to places (who figure 20 minutes is enough to stop to break a $100 bill on a BANK) aren’t SOL.

Deposited a large cashier's check from my local credit Union and was told it would be available next business day. Then they put a hold on it for another week, even though they already received the money! Closing all my accounts with this bank. They clearly don't care about their customers.
