Deposited a large cashier's check from my local credit Union and was told it would be available next business day. Then they put a hold on it for another week, even though they already received the money! Closing all my accounts with this bank. They clearly don't care about their customers.
I have been waiting for a representative to answer my phone call for about 25 mins now and not a single person is answering the phone. Customer service has gone to trash. You are better off keeping your money at home rather than keep it with these people
This is a smaller branch, and surprisingly, the service was quite speedy and efficient.
