Although I am not a fan of big banks, BoA Adams St, Quincy MA is changing my mind! When I go there I feel welcomed by the staff, who are very knowledgeable and understanding of my banking needs! Even though setting up an appointment online was “impossible,” they were able to help me within a reasonable time!

Do you value your time? Do you like dealing with competent, efficient professionals? If you do, I advise you to never step foot in this branch. The customer service at this branch is awful. Nobody wants to help you here. They have one teller who is miserable and I typically wait around 20 minutes to do a deposit at this location. Fortunately, I went to the Hancock st. branch and they have multiple tellers and I was in and out in five minutes so I would highly recommend that you go there instead. This is my second time visiting this branch. The first time was a pleasant experience. I walked in to get quarters. As soon as I walked in a lady that was standing there with a computer greeted me and assisted me. Today I had the most unpleasant experience that I’ve had in years. I walked in for the same reason(quarters) and I got in line behind the one person that was banking. Soon another gentleman got in line behind. The customer service at this branch is awful. Nobody wants to help you and they have an attitude. I work in Brookline and end up driving there so that I can have decent service. I do not recommend this location if you need customer service. You've been warned.
