Why only one person working the counter??? Its like they are in the business of making people stand in line. !! I will only respond here. All I am asking is if there are two people in line and one person at the window and they are not doing a simple transaction bring someone else up to window so we dont have to wait.
This is the worst teller I ever experienced in 20 years of cashing checks…why would you have this lady cashing checks of Friday at 3 pm , she clearly couldn’t do it there were 5 people working and one at a teller… and the teller couldn’t do anything
Although I am not a fan of big banks, BoA Adams St, Quincy MA is changing my mind! When I go there I feel welcomed by the staff, who are very knowledgeable and understanding of my banking needs! Even though setting up an appointment online was “impossible,” they were able to help me within a reasonable time!

Do you value your time? Do you like dealing with competent, efficient professionals? If you do, I advise you to never step foot in this branch. The customer service at this branch is awful. Nobody wants to help you here. They have one teller who is miserable and I typically wait around 20 minutes to do a deposit at this location. Fortunately, I went to the Hancock st. branch and they have multiple tellers and I was in and out in five minutes so I would highly recommend that you go there instead.
