HORRIBLE LOCATION!!! I’ve been coming here for years every week to get change and now they said few weeks ago they don’t use Tap anymore but I just got a change last week?!! I’M GONNA BE CLOSING MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT JUST BECAUSE OF THIS BRANCH! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE.
DO NOT DEPOSIT CASH HERE !!!! They are running a scam 1st time depositing $9000 said I was $200 short maybe 2nd time $8000 said I was $400 short NO WAY maybe $20 short not hundreds Both times the money counter spit money on the floor when I called the police cameras were at the wrong angle to see
Be aware customers. If you have a fraud alert on Friday evening, you will be locked out of your account till Monday. Because the fraud department is closed on the weekends. So you better have cash for food and water till Monday!
These tellers move so slow. It’s frustrating. I came in for change and for some reason the teller I was couldn’t give me change so I had to wait for the other teller. Which was already dealing with a customer. So after he finished with that customer he proceeded to take another customer and I still haven’t received my change. 25minutes for change is ridiculous
