These tellers move so slow. It’s frustrating. I came in for change and for some reason the teller I was couldn’t give me change so I had to wait for the other teller. Which was already dealing with a customer. So after he finished with that customer he proceeded to take another customer and I still haven’t received my change. 25minutes for change is ridiculousÂ
Worse customer service I've ever had employee ruined and make a insurance check unusable because she ran it through there machine and then stated that even though it's a BOA check they can't cash it now I have to contact insurance company and wait 6-8 weeks for a new oneÂ
