Be aware customers. If you have a fraud alert on Friday evening, you will be locked out of your account till Monday. Because the fraud department is closed on the weekends. So you better have cash for food and water till Monday!
These tellers move so slow. It’s frustrating. I came in for change and for some reason the teller I was couldn’t give me change so I had to wait for the other teller. Which was already dealing with a customer. So after he finished with that customer he proceeded to take another customer and I still haven’t received my change. 25minutes for change is ridiculous
Worse customer service I've ever had employee ruined and make a insurance check unusable because she ran it through there machine and then stated that even though it's a BOA check they can't cash it now I have to contact insurance company and wait 6-8 weeks for a new one
