These tellers move so slow. It’s frustrating. I came in for change and for some reason the teller I was couldn’t give me change so I had to wait for the other teller. Which was already dealing with a customer. So after he finished with that customer he proceeded to take another customer and I still haven’t received my change. 25minutes for change is ridiculous
Worse customer service I've ever had employee ruined and make a insurance check unusable because she ran it through there machine and then stated that even though it's a BOA check they can't cash it now I have to contact insurance company and wait 6-8 weeks for a new one
Usually good… this time one atm was down. I thought I was doing something wrong until I walked to the other drive thru and was able to insert my card. They should’ve had something on the screen like “This terminal is out of order” or something like that. Normally though I have no issues. It’s the only BOA in the area so I appreciate the drive thru atm convenience. The area is well lit.
