On Friday Feb 13th 2026 My elderly mother fell victim to a common scam. This particular Bank of America and bank manager Ana Alvarado played a major role in my mother being victimized by failing to prevent her financial loss, and failing to protect her from further fraud attempts after the fact. Bank of America, like any other financial institution, has a legal and ethical obligation to help protect elderly customers from scams.
