BoA is overall a bad bank to deal with. I had them for 19 years. They were great. They took chemical bank, which was the best bank, customer service ever. Then they went globalist and the customers suffered. I went to make a withdrawal of my money...the teller asked what I was going to use the money for!!!! 30 minutes in the waiting are to agent to open an account. Manager passed by me twice .did not even ask me if I was being attended. Poor management, I walked out
