I walked in the bank at 3:55pm. I was not paying attention as I walked in while i was gathering my checks. However as I started to approach the counter, I noticed the two tellers talking, then rudely the African American teller with braids just shouted we closed. No hello, or politeness to it. I looked up in shock, then as we were talking and I told her I don't have a card, she was typing on the computer and I then saw her remove her drawer. Telephone service is terrible at every last one of the Bank of Americas offices they make the excuse of everyone being busy no other financial institution has ever been that way when I was dealing with him and I deal with several this is awful this is what makes people want to close their accounts at this Bank
What an amazing team. Went there to ask some questions for my grandma and everyone was very personable and customer oriented. Truly made my day to know there are still business that know provide great customer service!.
