I have NEVER had such a hard time trying to get a hold of someone at this branch!!! I called SEVERAL times to verify if a notary was available. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Unbelievable!!!
Provided misinformation about funds availability after I deposited a check. Customer service agents over the phone refused to help also they refused to honor date they gave me for funds release.
