Came in for an appointment to open my business bank account with Gianfranco Rezza, he helped me with all my questions and requests, he was super helpful and polite, definitely the best experience I’ve had at a bank in a while, if you need any help at this bank go to Gian he will Take care of you!

Stacey was most helpful with trying to help me figure out why I couldn't get the authorization code to open my account. I talked to 3 people on the phone for 1-1/2 hrs last night and it got me nowhere other than to go into a Bank of America. Stacey was at the front desk and she navigated through the account and she realized that it wasn't my account but my phone company who blocked the codes for some unknown reason. l also got help with a new pin number and removing my deceased husband's name from our checking account (with ... read more
Bank teller lied to me and told me I was unable to cash a check that my mother gave me based on the different handwriting?! Well, of course! There is going to be two different handwritings because there's two different people on the account. I'm not sure what she wrote in the top left-hand corner but Bank of America please retrain your employees before turning people away. I'm glad I don't have an account with your establishment
