Terrible service and knowledge of their processes. I had a bunch of change I wanted to deposit into my account or exchange for cash so I called in prior to coming in and was specifically told all I would have to do would come in and hand them the change. I specifically asked again if she is sure that's all I would have to do. I arrived at the bank 20 minutes later and now they tell me I would have to wrap to coins myself and the woman to told me earlier so no where to be found and they would not look for her.
