This is a fraudulent branch. Tellers have repeatedly deposited money into the wrong account, after I handed them a check and stressed which account to put it in, and explicitly told them that depositing it into the wrong account could incure legal penalities. It's bad enough that the employees are incompetent. They tried to scam my family out of 30,000 dollars, repeatedly claiming we owed them money on a paid off loan. The second we got a lawyer involved, the debt disappeared, and they pretended nothing happened.
Not a knowledgeable staff pathetic service
Today is the second time i visited this branch in three months. My experience had been great! Ethan is the best!! He still can remember me even after three months and it is just the second time he met me. He is very professional and very meticulous. He even brought an envelop for me to put the cash in. Thanks!!!
Don't bother trying to open a account online. Customer for 33 yrs.had to go in Upon further review I had a password on my account for security and it was not recognized in my file. Even I forgot about it. They fixed it all.
