> In the cashier area where customers were supposed to be served, there was only one cashier, and she was taking calls from other customers, not taking into account the delay and the fact that there were people waiting, among other things. Bank of America really should pay a bit more attention to how it distributes its operations.

UPDATE 2/27/2025 Had to visit the branch to cash my NJ State Anchor rebate check and received prompt and friendly attention by Steve. He was great, and we even shared a few jokes. Pleasant experience! I was surprised to learn that they have no drive through tellers to conduct regular banking transactions. I had considered opening an account since I'm looking for a local bank. As a disabled person, it's not exactly a convenience to walk into the bank every time I need a transaction that can't be done via ATM or online banking... read more

Love the convenience of a drive through ATM as a disabled person for safety and being able to stay in my vehicle. It's not my normal bank so there's a $4.00 fee for each transaction and if you need more than $300.00 you will need to do multiple transactions. I probably won't return here.

I have 2 CD's from the 90's that I purchased for my Son when he was 2 and again when he was 7 through Collective Bank. Bank of America is now responsible for these CD's. I went to the bank 2 days before the CD's matured in order to prepare to close them out and deposit them in my account. After speaking with BOA customer service then visiting the 08087 bank and then customer service again. I was told that the bank was unable to provide me a cashiers check for the one CD and the other was blocked, and I would have to provide ... read more
