UPDATE 2/27/2025 Had to visit the branch to cash my NJ State Anchor rebate check and received prompt and friendly attention by Steve. He was great, and we even shared a few jokes. Pleasant experience! I was surprised to learn that they have no drive through tellers to conduct regular banking transactions. I had considered opening an account since I'm looking for a local bank. Love the convenience of a drive through ATM as a disabled person for safety and being able to stay in my vehicle. It's not my normal bank so there's a $4.00 fee for each transaction and if you need more than $300.00 you will need to do multiple transactions. I probably won't return here.

I have 2 CD's from the 90's that I purchased for my Son when he was 2 and again when he was 7 through Collective Bank. Bank of America is now responsible for these CD's. I went to the bank 2 days before the CD's matured in order to prepare to close them out and deposit them in my account. After speaking with BOA customer service then visiting the 08087 bank and then customer service again. Shari Piscola went above and beyond to get all my funds return to me from an thief that committed embezzlement and wipe my account clean. There should be more people like her that won't stop, Im very grateful for her efforts and service.
