She has been one of the most understanding and compassionate professionals I have encountered in banking. Donna listened attentively to my concerns, treated my situation with genuine care, and made me feel truly valued as a client.Her empathy and professionalism reflect the kind of customer service that builds trust and comfort. I walked into the Bank, sat down to talk to a representative about my account. The one representative was helping another customer so I sat and waited for her. In the meantime, the Branch Manager was behind the teller service counter, she spoke out loud from the counter as I sat in a chair across the room “how can I help you” ….. I replied “I want to talk about my account” ….. she replied out loud from across the room “what’s going on with your account” ….. as she and a black woman teller laughed at me making me feel uncomfo... read more

Deposited money in the atm near the entrance. The money never hit the account. I created a ticket for the dispute. BOA sees that the machine was broken, but have not approved yet. When I made the call for the issue 2 days ago, the customer support person said that the branch would get an email and approve. I called the branch and the manager was not helpful at all and blamed the support person for giving me the wrong info. The manager was not surprised or apologetic about my concern.
