Im not one to ever write reviews, I just dont care enough most of the time. However, the front desk lady (she was black with a bob haircut) was sort of rude when I walked in to deposit money. When I told her I wanted to make a cash deposit, she asked why can't I use the ATM outside instead. I'd understand if its something I wasn't aware of that I could do, but I can't want one thing over the other? I had such a great experience opening my account at Bank of America thanks to Sukurat. She was so kind, patient, and easy to talk to. She walked me through everything step by step, made sure I understood the process, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed at all.
