I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment at the Richardson location with Sukurat, a banker I trust, but for some reason, her name completely disappeared from the list of available bankers. I’m really disappointed with how frequently employees are moved around. I came in last week for an appointment to open a business account, only to find out that Sukurat, who was fantastic and made the process so easy previously when I opened my personal account, is no longer at this location.
