My first experience with Bank of America Richardson on Arapaho. I spoke with Carlin and she was very rude and not knowledgeable about accounts. I was opening a new account. She gave incorrect information, lack of knowledge, not wanting to help. As well as just not being a great customer service rep for Bank of America. I went to another Bank of America in Carrollton and received exceptional customer service .

NEVER enough employees!
Im not one to ever write reviews, I just dont care enough most of the time. However, the front desk lady (she was African American with a bob haircut) was sort of rude when I walked in to deposit money. When I told her I wanted to make a cash deposit, she asked why can't I use the ATM outside instead. I'd understand if its something I wasn't aware of that I could do, but I can't want one thing over the other? They weren't busy, she was the only other person there other than a teller, who she had to get in order to help me. B... read more
I am a small business owner and long time BoA business customer. The branch had 2 staff members in during the daytime. counter clerk did not seem to be aware of a policy and asked the lady at the front greeting. She was apparently the manager of "everything" as i asked to see the business accounts manager, the store manager and also the financial services manager - to which she claimed she was all of them.
