Opened up an account here on Monday for the first time ever with this bank and the customer service was exceptional! The bank manager, Lola, is so wonderful. They have drive thru atms and an atm inside as well.
I don’t recommend this branch!! Too slowly response from the clerks…etc!
FIRST, the corporate bank has Horrible business hours (for any person in the Education field), especially elementary school; when needed to deposit in person. The worker had no common sense, nor problem solving skills! My dad had the ATM card to deposit money but the wrong account number. The person told him he couldn't deposit the money. I am definitely leaving this bank.
