The worse branch of boa in connecticut. No other branch is this horrible. I went there 2 times to get an over the counter withdrawal i was told machine is broke after 3rd time i complained to branch manager all of a sudden it now works either theyre lazy, liars or both. Another time they gave me $100 over by mistake i had to go return it i went back today after months of boycotting this trash bank for an over counter withdrawal, waited 1hr in line again machine doesnt work.
